Please Read this Agreement Before You Click the Pay Now Button

This Agreement (hereinafter called the "Term") is between the Payee and Payor. Service from Pun Nuptials or any of it's Representatives (hereinafter called the "Payee") is guaranteed on the ceremony date agreed upon via phone or electronic communication. The couple or person paying for couple (hereinafter called the "Payor") acknowledges that a one hundred dollar ($100.00) non-refundable deposit, which is applied to the ceremony package fee, is to reserve the date and time of ceremony. If service is not performed, on the date, through Payee’s negligence¹, the Payor will receive full refund of all monies already given. If Payor cancels the ceremony for ANY reason, and does not reschedule a new ceremony date, they forfeit all monies already given to the Payee. If ceremony date is rescheduled all monies will follow to the next available date with no additional fees or penalties.

Any remaining balance MUST be paid BEFORE the ceremony begins; if not paid the Payee has the right to refuse performing the ceremony. Payment form of check² or money order must be post marked ten (10) business days prior to the date of ceremony with it made payable to: Pun Nuptials. CASH will be the ONLY form of payment received within the ten (10) day period prior to the ceremony date. Marriage License, if applicable, and Final Payment must be presented to the Payee BEFORE the ceremony begins.

¹Disclaimer includes the following, but is not limited to; the act of God, vehicular accident, emergency care, death, and/or unforeseen circumstances.
²Insufficient fund or cancelled check fee is $75.00 in addition to the ceremony package fee, or enforceable by law.
